The largest concentration in the world, in a single territory, of the black vulture and the Iberian imperial eagle, two species as unique as they are threatened.<br \/>\nThe only place in Europe that is home to all the birds of prey typical of the Mediterranean forest and where the also highly endangered black stork has a refuge where it can escape extinction.<br \/>\nHome to more than 280 species of vertebrates that has been declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.
